Service Description
Make your child’s celebration unforgettable with A Time To Create! Our interactive 1 hour and 30 minute birthday experience brings creativity, music, and fun right to your event. Together, participants will work with one of our Songwriting Coaches to write an original group song, add melodies, and perform their hit in front of family and friends. Each child will receive their own Songwriting Journal Gift, and we’ll provide a microphone and speaker so your young artists can truly shine during their performance! Best For: Ages 5–14 (flexible depending on the group) Pricing Base Price: $300 (includes up to 10 participants) Additional Participants: $20 per participant (up to 35 total) Deposit: $150 non-refundable deposit required to secure your date Remaining Balance: An invoice will be sent and is due up to 2 hours before the event Travel Fee: Events within 15 miles of Sandy Springs are included. A travel fee applies for locations outside this radius: 15–25 miles: +$25 26–40 miles: +$50 41–60 miles: +$75 Event Details: We arrive 20 minutes early to set up. We provide: Songwriting journals, microphone, and speaker. Please provide a clean indoor or outdoor space where participants can sit together comfortably. If rescheduling is needed, your deposit may be transferred to a new date (based on availability).

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time. Dates are not reserved until the deposit is received. The remaining balance will be invoiced and is due no later than 2 hours before the event start time. Travel Fees Events within 15 miles of Sandy Springs, GA are included. Travel fees apply for locations beyond this radius: 15–25 miles: +$25 26–40 miles: +$50 41–60 miles: +$75 Participant Count The base price includes up to 10 participants. Each additional participant (up to 35 total) is $20 per child. Final participant count can be adjusted up to 48 hours before the event. Arrival & Setup Our team will arrive 20 minutes early to set up. Please provide a clear space with enough room for participants to sit together (table or floor seating works). The event host is responsible for ensuring the space is ready upon arrival. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new date one time, based on schedule availability. Reschedule requests made less than 72 hours before the event may incur a $50 reschedule fee. Cancellation Policy Deposits are non-refundable. If the event is canceled entirely, all payments beyond the deposit are refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 72 hours before the event. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. Weather & Outdoor Events Outdoor events are welcome! However: A backup indoor location is required in case of weather. A Time To Create reserves the right to move the session indoors for safety or equipment protection. Conduct & Supervision A parent or responsible adult must remain on-site at all times. We encourage fun, creativity, and participation! Positive and respectful behavior is expected.
